Hobbies VS. Jobs

This blog is an opinion, and article-like.

First off, web designing is my hobby, I don’t want to take classes on it in high school, I don’t want it to be my profession because it’s just not what I want to do in my 30’s. Also, if I webdesign 24/7, I may get sick of it.

Hobbies are things you do for fun, and usually don’t earn money. Like fishing, collecting, sports.

Jobs are your profession, what you study for, and how you earn your money.

I don’t know what I want to be when I grow up or what I want to study for. You could say I still have time to decide, But I really think I should at least have a small idea to what I’d like to do.

I want to do something with math and writing, but I have to chose either one.

So do you agree? A hobby is not a Job? Tell me your thoughts.

Anyways, the contest from a few days ago has ended and the winners are now revealed!

First place is Georgina, and second place is Clarisse! Visit their sites. :)

Here is a picture of my hand with the names on it:

On further updates, I’m going to make a writing portfolio, so I’ll tell you when that’s open! :)
